Under the Student discipline and Cancellation of enrolment procedures, principals are required to use the OneSchool Behaviour Wizard to generate approved forms for communicating suspension, exclusion and cancellation of enrolment decisions. Signed and dated copies of all approved forms must be uploaded to the student’s Behaviour Record on their OneSchool profile.
These approved forms, which meet the requirements of the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 (Qld), are required to be used by principals when applying suspensions, exclusions and cancellations of enrolment. The forms are available to Department of Education staff in OneSchool.
